2021 FENCE VOTE SURVEY RESULTS

The Question: Are you in favor of changing the Architectural Guidelines in Walker Farms HOA to also allow trampoline owners to install 4′ fences (of approved type) in backyards containing trampolines?

The Results: 92 Total Votes. 23 Votes for No / 69 Votes for Yes.

The Outcome: The votes required to make a change to the governing documents of the community is 75% which equals 809 Votes needed just for YES for the vote to even happen. Due to this, we have decided not to pursue this option any further.
