The second attempt at an annual meeting will be held virtually via Zoom on Wednesday, March 2nd at 6:30pm. 

Our original annual meeting on January 11th did not meet the quorum requirement (10% of 1,079 homes), so a second date has now been set where we will have a new quorum requirement (5% of 1,079 homes) per the First Amendment to our By-Laws dated 9/14/18. 

We need to reach quorum with 54 homes in attendance to vote on the two open board positions and approve the 2022 budget. Please make every effort to attend this meeting. You’re also able to submit a proxy form to be included in quorum.
